DIRECTIONS

From northern direction / Tunbridge Wells / Cross-in-Hand (A267):
Turn left at the fork on the bend in Horam High Street. Proceed down through to the bottom of the village where you turn right (Vines Cross Road). Proceed for about 3/4 mile until you reach a T junction. Turn left and after about 1/3 mile you will come across our local pub The Brewers Arms. Turn right by this (Foords Lane) and proceed for another 3/4 mile to find Beestons Farm on the right at bottom of an incline.

From northern direction Burwash / Heathfield (B2203):
Take the first left (Vines Cross Road) as you enter Horam. Proceed for about 3/4 mile until you reach a T junction. Turn left and after about 1/3 mile you will come across our local pub The Brewers Arms. Turn right by this and proceed for another 3/4 mile to find Beestons Farm on the right at bottom of a decline.

For more scenic route if you are coming via Burwash or Punnets Town you can turn left going through Old Heathfield and continue until you reach Vines cross where you turn left (Foords Lane) at the Pub. Continue for 3/4 mile.

From west or southern direction Uckfield / Eastbourne (A267):
You can proceed right through Horam and turn right (vines Cross Road) at the bottom following the instructions above...

..or you can take the first right as you enter Horam (Horbeech Lane), proceed for 3/4 mile and turn left (*Laundry Lane), continuing until you reach The Brewers Arms where you turn right (Foords Lane) and continue for 3/4 mile where you find Beestons Farm on your right.

*If you miss Laundry Lane or are approaching from Hellingly the next turning (Cowden Hall Lane) is very narrow with blind corners and not advisable for the unfamiliar user especially when roads are wet or muddy
